Engaged in teaching and research work in the Business School, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) after obtaining a Ph.D. in Management from the School of Economics and Management at Tongji University in 2014. Previously worked in corporate and government sector for more than 6 years. Member of Shanghai Key Discipline and Plateau Discipline Management Science and Engineering; Senior Visiting Scholar of the University of California, Berkeley; Expert Reviewer of National Natural Science Foundation of China Project; was invited to Shuangqing Forum hosted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Now the vice dean of the Business School, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, director of the USST MBA program. Presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Foundation of China projects; published more than 60 papers in core journals; research results have been included in the Shanghai Science and Technology Yearbook. |
