On the afternoon of July 9, a delegation led by Xie Chaoyang, Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Economics and Management(SEM) at North China University of Technology(NCUT), and Sun Qiang, Vice Dean of NCUT SEM, visited USST Business School. Liu Weiwei, Vice Dean of Business School, Xie Wei, Director of the Internationalization Development Office, together with Wei Xin, Nie Rui and Zhu Shuoyu from the Office, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liu Weiwei.

Exchange and Discussion
Liu Weiwei extended a warm welcome to Xie Chaoyang and his delegation. He provided an overview of the Business School's progress in comprehensive reform, industry-education integration, talent cultivation, and internationalization. He shared the school's exploration and practices in areas such as industry-education integration mechanisms, university-enterprise resource alignment, project-driven education, evaluation of practical outcomes, and training of globally-oriented talents, all in line with the university's comprehensive reform requirements.
Xie Wei introduced AACSB accreditation regarding its organizational structure, iSER drafting, mission, vision and strategic objectives. She noted that AACSB accreditation is a core driving force for internationalized education, which supports the School to improve the teaching quality, upgrade talent training and expand international cooperation networks.
Xie Chaoyang expressed gratitude for the warm reception, and briefed the attendees on the progress of AACSB accreditation at NCUT SEM. He stated that SEM is currently advancing key tasks in line with the requirements of AACSB accreditation, including improving the quality assurance system and enhancing international education capacity. He expressed hope to learn from USST Business School's experience in accreditation organization, industry-education integration practice and school-enterprise resource integration, to boost the international development of SEM.
During the meeting, the two sides engaged in discussions on key aspects and quality assurance mechanisms in the AACSB accreditation process, as well as the role of international accreditation in promoting Sino-foreign cooperative education, credit recognition, and the internationalization of both schools.
This exchange further deepened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for ongoing communication and mutual learning between the two schools.
