On December 1, 2020, the contract signing ceremony between University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and Yingfu Instrument Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was held in conference room 506. Yingfu instruments CEO Jiang Hui, Marketing Manager Lai Taotao, and marketing manager Chen Huiying, and other business representatives, the ceremony was attended by Zhang Zheng, vice dean of the Business School, Xu Yiming, Dean of the Academic Affairs Office, Liu Qinming, Dean of the Department of Industrial Engineering, and Xie Minzhi, teacher of the Department of Industrial Engineering.

At the meeting, Vice President Zhang Zheng further invited Yingfu instruments to join the Faculty of the Industrial College of the Business School for more in-depth cooperation and exchanges to help train high-quality talents that meet the needs of the modern society. Yingfu Instrument CEO Jiang Hui also briefed the conference on the current situation and development direction of their own enterprises, and for the future of cooperation in the production of hope, has a high degree of expectation. Executive Director Jiang Hui also put forward the idea of providing scholarships to students of the Business School to jointly train talents who are in line with the needs of the industry. Subsequently, Vice President Zhang Zheng signed a cooperation agreement with CEO Jiang Hui, and jointly unveiled the “Human Factors Engineering Joint Laboratory” jointly built by the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and Yingfu instruments.
“Human Factors Engineering Joint Laboratory” is the first shot for this cooperation. Through this cooperation, the two sides will work hand in hand in the field of human factors engineering to build a team of laboratory talents, relying on the enterprise characteristics of win rich instruments and the talent output of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, in order to deepen the leading and promoting role of human factors engineering in the fields of intelligent equipment, innovative design, smart city, Internet, etc.
