The Organizing Committee of the Yangtze River Delta International Emergency Disaster Reduction and Rescue Expo recently sent a letter of thanks to USST for its strong support and help in preparing the second Emergency Expo.
The letter mentioned that this Emergency Expo is the highest specification, largest scale and most influential exchange event in the field of emergency management held in China after the successful conclusion of the 20th CPC National Congress, and is an important measure to implement the important discussion of General Secretary Xi on emergency management and disaster prevention, disaster reduction and disaster relief, and promote the national strategy of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. The second Emergency Expo showed cutting-edge emergency-related new technologies and products from home and abroad through various events such as exhibitions, conferences, forums, and science popularisation. During the expo, USST held the "Intelligent Emergency Management of Complex Systems Theme Event", which achieved more than expected results and formed exchange results conducive to the development of emergency management and safety emergency industry, which is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of emergency management in the Yangtze River Delta and ensure high-quality development with a high level of safety.
In the future, USST will continue to make efforts in emergency scientific research, emergency talent training, international cooperation and exchange with the Intelligent Emergency Management School as the carrier to promote theoretical innovation, scientific and technological innovation, and institutional innovation in emergency management.
