Business School Held Promotion Meeting for International Exchange Programs

On the afternoon of April 8, the Business School held a promotion meeting for Student Exchange Programs. The meeting was supported by the USST International Affairs Office and partner institutions. Over 1,000 students participated in the meeting online and offline. The meeting was hosted by Liu Weiwei, dean's assistant.

Xu Lin, deputy director of the USST International Affairs Office, gave an overview of the university's student exchange programs and partnerships with world-renowned universities. She mentioned that the International Affairs Office and the Business School always work together to provide students with high-level exchange programs. Xu Lin encouraged students to develop an international mindset, pursue their aspirations, and realize the value of life.

Liu Yuan from the USST International Affairs Office provided a briefing on the application timeline, eligibility, exchange policies and procedures, as well as the financial support available for overseas study. Luo Ruijia from Hujiang International Cultural Park shared information about the Japanese Cultural Center, including cultural activities, collaborations with Japanese enterprises, and student exchange programs with Japanese universities.

Wang Jiali from the Singapore Institute of Management (Singapore) highlighted the master's degree program and the preferential policies for USSTBS outgoing students. Sun Tianbao from the Brest Business School (France), shared the dual-degree program for undergraduate students.

Fang Hua, a student who participated in Oxford Prospects Programmes, shared her daily life and study experiences at Oxford University. Guo Chenxi, an exchange student participating in the program at the Berlin School of Economics and Law in Germany, shared her experience in Berlin and provided pertinent advice on travel and visas for outgoing students.

 Deputy Dean Zhang Zheng, on behalf of USSTBS, expressed his gratitude to the USST International Affairs Office for their great support. He also thanked the representatives from the partner institutions and past outgoing students for their wonderful sharing. He mentioned that the Business School is committed to supporting students and faculty to Go out and encouraging them to actively participate in international exchanges. The school will continuously strive to promote diversified international exchange programs to create more opportunities for students and faculty. This will help them better understand the world and broaden their international horizons.
