On September 5th, 2020, the EDP Center of USSTBS successfully started the first executive training class for middle and senior managers of Shanghai Zhiye Talent Service Group Co., Ltd., and held the opening ceremony in the second meeting room of the Business School, after careful planning.

The guests attending the opening ceremony were Professor Zhao Laijun, Dean of USSTBS; Professor Ge Yuhui, Director of the EDP Center of USSTBS; Associate Professor Zhang Baoming, Executive Deputy Director of the EDP Center of USSTBS; Mr. Zou Wenzhe, Director of the General Office, and Chairman of Shanghai Zhiye Talent Service (Group) Co., Ltd.; General Manager Ms. You Qingqing, and Ms. Fang Caixia, Training Director of Zhongyuan Oilfield Training Center. The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Ge Yuhui.

Professor Zhao Laijun extended a warm welcome to the students. He briefly introduced the history, the discipline characteristics, and faculty of USSTBS to the trainees. He explained the purpose of establishing the EDP Center and expressed the hope of serving the society, cultivating talents, and enhancing the brand of the college. He also wished this EDP training get the complete success.

Mr. Zou Wenzhe expressed his thanks for this EDP training. While introducing the company's vision and core positioning to everyone. He also expressed the strategic determination to use artificial intelligence and big data technology for talent training, human resource recruitment and employment transfer. He hoped that the trainees can learn the knowledge, and practice their knowledge through the EDP study.
Ms. You Qingqing emphasized the importance of training to enhance the core competitiveness, cultural cohesion and quality of talents. She hoped that the students will cherish the opportunity, have a positive attitude, and be strict with themselves. Later, she expressed her heartfelt thanks to the EDP Center of USSTBS.

Then, Ms. Fang Caixia introduced the situation of Zhongyuan Training and Sinopec, especially the experiential courses, situational teaching models and experiential training which are introduced from the American Management Association (AMA), and hoped to strengthen strategic cooperation with USSTBS in the future .

Finally, the representatives of the trainees made positive speeches, expressing their determination to improve their abilities. This training time is from September 5th to 6th, lasting for 2 days. The training courses mainly focus on the role recognition of basic level supervisors, effective team execution and the practical training of comprehensive management skills.
