On November 24, the opening ceremony of management credit forum of Fudan University doctoral academic forum was held in room 205, Shidai building, Business School, Fudan University. The theme of the forum is “seize new opportunities and realize new development the” butterfly road “of China’s private economy. This forum is sponsored by Graduate School of Fudan University, graduate work department of Party committee of Fudan University, Business School of Fudan University, and co organized by Business School of Shanghai University of technology.
Professor Zhang Yongqing, vice president of our hospital, was invited to attend the forum and served as the keynote speaker. In the keynote speech, Professor Zhang delivered a report entitled “the road to nirvana of Wenzhou private enterprises”, which described the historical glory, practical difficulties and the development process of Wenzhou private enterprises. Through the Wenzhou model, economic miracle and contribution of private enterprises, Professor Zhang embodies the Wenzhou People’s spirit of “daring to be the first and especially capable of entrepreneurship and innovation”, which will provide inexhaustible power for the private economy. He systematically analyzes the “financing dilemma, loan crisis, cost dilemma, Governance Dilemma, talent dilemma and development dilemma” faced by Wenzhou private enterprises in the development, and in the face of various difficulties, Wenzhou private enterprises have experienced a difficult process of rebirth. Taking the shoe industry and electrical industry as examples, this paper introduces in detail the development process of typical Wenzhou private enterprises: Aokang Group and Zhengtai Group. Behind the detailed data, we can see the valuable experience accumulated by Wenzhou private enterprises in marching towards a new era and new journey. Professor Zhang’s vivid speech explains that the butterfly transformation of Wenzhou’s private economy has not only injected continuous vitality into the capital market, but also put forward challenges to the research of management academia. “What kind of management ideas, methods and tools are suitable for the current private economy?” China’s private economy, which is shouldering the mission, will be a problem worthy of consideration.
Over the past few months, the forum has received 70 Postgraduates’ contributions from more than 20 universities and units, including Fudan University, Sun Yat sen University, Tongji University, Shanghai University of Finance and technology, and Shanghai University of technology. Mr. Zhang Yongqing, Ji Ying and Wu Jizhong were invited to serve as the preliminary review and on-the-spot evaluation respectively. Song Mei, 17 grade labor economics graduate students, Xu Zeqing and Ge liming, grade 17 regional economics students, made paper reports in the sub forum “business management and marketing sub forum” and “industry and economy sub forum”.
There are 4 first prizes, 5 second prizes and 7 third prizes in the forum. Song Mei, a graduate student of our college, won the first prize in the forum for his papers “Evolutionary Game Analysis of dynamic cooperative behavior of top management team in mixed ownership enterprises” and Xu Zeqing’s “industrial diversification agglomeration, spatial spillover and regional innovation efficiency: Empirical Analysis Based on spatial Doberman model”, and “FDI, economy” by GE Liming Research on the relationship between growth and environmental pollution -- Analysis and inspection of China’s Provincial Panel Data won the third prize.
