Dragon Boat Racing on the Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional Chinese water sports entertainment, has been spread for more than two thousand years. Recently, the seventh “Three People” Cup 2019 Chinese Universities MBA Dragon Boat Invitational Competition and the 10th China Business School Dragon Boat Race was held in East China University of Science and Technology Lake Tonghai, Fengxian District campus. More than 800 MBA students from 35 competing teams and universities across the country competed together.
The University of Shanghai for Science and Technology MBA team was led by Zhang Zheng, vice dean and director of the MBA program at the Business School, and Wang Yonglian, director of the professional degree education center. After a brief but intense pre-match training session, the match officially began. Zhang Zheng was invited by the Business School of East China University of Technology, which hosted the event, to highlight the dragon boat.
The Dragon Boat Team of our school is in the third group together with the Hefei University of Technology, Tongji University and Jilin University dragon boat team. In the deafening roar, the four teams advance hand in hand, and finally our school dragon boat team won the prize with a time of 1 minute 16 seconds.
