Dean Zhao Laijun pointed out that employment is a very important job. He emphasized that first, it is necessary to change the concept of some full-time teachers, so that everyone realizes that employment is an important part of talent training, which requires the joint management of the party and government of the college and the participation and cooperation of all faculty and staff; second, it is necessary to change students’ concept to the employment, get a job first and then choose a job. Students can get to the society faster, understand the society, and better plan their future development path and professional direction by first getting a job. It is of great benefit whether they continue to study or choose a higher platform to choose a career; third, it is necessary to open up various employment channels, Especially alumni resources, to provide students with employment information and jobs; fourth, the college has taken measures to adjust the enrollment indicators for undergraduate majors with low employment rates, and adjust enrollment indicators for graduate majors with low employment rates. Link the enrollment indicators with the quality of graduate students and employment rate, and solve the difficulties encountered by the college in the annual employment work from the source; fifth, reform the undergraduate and graduate training programs, improve the quality of the training process, and enhance the competitiveness of the student employment market ; Sixth, it is necessary to adjust employment incentive policies, increase employment incentives and punishments, and increase teachers’ sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for participating in employment.

In the summary, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, Wang Wei emphasized that firstly, students must understand the background and difficulties of the entire employment environment and have a sense of crisis; secondly, students must understand that active employment is also a contribution to the development of colleges and disciplines. The current graduates enjoy the development achievements created by the previous alumni of the college, so everyone has the obligation and responsibility to create conditions for the following students; third, it is necessary to improve and strengthen the communication and cooperation between the counselor and the full-time teacher in order to prevent the employment of graduates from getting out of touch; fourth, it is necessary to set up a special working group to help graduates with special employment difficulties.
