Wang Wei, secretary of the Party Committee of the Business School, reported on the work of the school in 2020 on behalf of the party and government team of the school and introduced the bottleneck of the school's current development and suggestions that need school support. Zhao Lijun, Dean of the Business School, put forward his own thoughts and suggestions on the talent introduction policy, scientific research management, cadre work, and the establishment of Smart Emergency Management College. Finally, Secretary Wu fully affirmed the work of the Business School in actively promoting the development of the school in the construction of high-level universities in the past year and put forward the following three requirements for the party and government team to promote the construction of the Business School to achieve higher goals during the 14th Five-Year Plan period: First, the Business School has a large scale, many disciplines and great differences among disciplines, which is very representative in the coordinated handling of development contradictions. the Business School can take the lead in exploring the reform and provide experience reference and accumulation for the reform of the school; Second, the Business School has had a glorious period in the history of running a school and is now in a period of recovery and growth. In this process, ideological and political work must be combined with majors. We can organize everyone to study and discuss major issues such as college development goals, outstanding contradictions, and solutions, and jointly study how to concentrate on doing great things under the condition of limited resources, enlarge and strengthen dominant disciplines, and finally unify thoughts and build consensus to promote the development of majors and disciplines; Third, when we talk about reform, we mainly refer to the reform and innovation of system and mechanism. How to aim at the first-class discipline construction in the secondary management of the college, and put forward a package of reform planning suggestions.
