At 17:30 p.m. on June 10th of 2021, the international students exchange meeting of the business school was successfully held in the German Center of Hujiang International Cultural Park. International students from Russia, Guinea, Tanzania, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Jordan participated in the event together with some Chinese students.
Han Bing, director of the International Construction Office held the meeting. He Wen, the teacher of the Department of International Economics and Trade gave a speech at first. He warmly welcomed every student. After a brief introduction, Han Bing introduced the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival to the students and shared the customs of eating Zongzi and dragon boat racing, which helped them to have a better understanding of Chinese traditional culture. Afterwards, the international students shared upcoming festivals and customs of their countries. In the end, the students expressed their opinions and plans on their academic arrangement and future career planning.
This exchange activity provides a good interactive platform for international students, builds a bridge of friendship, and provides guidance for students’ future academic and career planning.
