The fifth class of online course Investment Attraction Series was broadcasted on Oct 26. The course was jointly launched by Executive Development Programs （EDP） Center of the Business School University of Shanghai for Science and Technology （USST-BS）and Industrial Transfer Promotion Center (Shanghai Base of Ministry of Commerce).
Dr. Feng Lin, an associate professor of USST-BS delivered the talk. Dr. Lin shared with audience on the topic of Enterprise Strategic Management and Its Application. In class, Dr. Lin, by sharing business cases, explained in detail the key concepts of modern enterprise strategic management, including the process of enterprise strategy management, principles and objectives of enterprise strategy formulation and how to ensure the smooth implementation of enterprise strategy.
The course, as a response to the real problems concerning the government and enterprises alike, aims at assisting in the development of innovative enterprises and the construction of innovative industrial zones. Experts and professors in various fields such as investment attraction, team building, internet-based economy and trade and IPO have been invited to deliver the relevant topics. The course will continue till the end of December.
