Recently, Vice-Dean HE Jianjia and the 2018 & 2019 undergraduates in business administration of Business School, USST, paid a visit to the Shanghai Trueland Information Technology Co., Ltd, accompanied by Dr. CHEN Xin, Dr. TIAN Ying, Dr. ZHOU Yiwei. The visit was received by three personnel of Trueland Group, Mr. LI Gang, the director of Industry-University Cooperation Business Group, Mr. GAO Xian and Ms. ZHENG Yanan, two senior trainers. From the perspective of “a community with a shared future”, the two parties exchanged ideas and opinions in several topics including construction of training system and training base to develop digital intelligence talents in business administration, integration of industry and university, cooperation in scientific research.
The faculties and students of USST-BS first visited the Trueland big data exhibition hall, the Marketingforce dynamic real-time big data display screen and the honor wall. Director LI Gang introduced in detail the marketing force empowerment platform built by Trueland for global users from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He also presented an intelligent marketing platform to integrate industry and university whereby practical teaching, social training and social technical services are combined for colleges and universities.
Based on years of entrepreneurial innovation in Trueland, director LI Gang shared his experience in managing the group and the new standards and industry requirements on business talent in the era of digital economy. In the end, he arranged a seminar about student knowledge training for students and open discussion for faculties in the Trueland central conference room.
Mr. GAO Xian explained the underlying logic of digital marketing around Trueland overseas intelligent marketing cloud platform. He demonstrated to students the scenarios of big data analysis, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other technologies to enable overseas marketing by showing functional modules such as intelligent evaluation, AI extension, accurate customer acquisition, and social media marketing; Ms. ZHENG Yanan used Trueland T Cloud of domestic corporate customers as an example showing the process of how to transform the digital to intelligent in the marketing for SMEs.
After this investigation with Trueland Group, the faculties of USST-BS attained a deep understanding and experience of digital technology empowerment marketing practices. Consensus has been reached between USST-BS and Trueland to jointly promote the construction of the training system for digital intelligence business talent. The two parties believe that, in the future, both will identify areas for deep and wide cooperation, and will work together to build a training system to develop digital intelligence business talent. The comprehensively cooperation is expected to serve the construction of the digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta.
