As one of the event series in celebration of the 115th anniversary of the founding of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and the 15 years achievements tour of the Business School, the entrepreneur forum was held in conference room 1, building A, on the afternoon Oct 30. ZHOU Qinghui, Chairman of Shanghai Manheng Digital Technology Co., Ltd., WANG Yao, Chief Specialist of Zhongbo ZBG Education, and nearly 200 representatives of postgraduates and undergraduates attended the form which was chaired by ZHANG Zheng, Vice Dean of Business School.
Professor ZHANG Zheng pointed out that the collaborative education through industry and university cooperation is an important mechanism innovation for universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation. The USST-BS is one of the schools that first explored the deep integration of industry-university cooperation and talent cultivation. Mr. ZHOU Qinghui gave a comprehensive and in-depth introduction about the entrepreneurial process of Shanghai Manheng Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in the theme of long-term goal on the road to entrepreneurship. Mr. ZHOU Qinghui stressed that selecting a long-term industry, partner and core team, paying attention to core technologies and products, and looking for scenarios to solve problems for customers are very important to the success of start-ups. The founder's dedicated and upright enterprise values are the soft power for the sustainable development of start-ups. Mrs. WANG Yao gave the report titled science and technology + finance: demand for compound talents and cross-border thinking and inspiration. She analyzed the trend of financial talent training in the future by taking the quantitative trading industry as an example, and believed that financial talent training should attach great importance to the cultivation and development of core abilities such as international vision, composite ability, practical skills and continuous learning ability, He also introduced in detail the innovative measures and implementations of Zhongbo ZBG Education in financial talent training.
