On the afternoon of December 17th, Minister Bai Qinqin, head of the International Exhibition Department of Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai, and her delegation came to the Business School(BS) to conduct work exchange. Dean Zhao Laijun received Minister Bai Qinqin and her delegation in the 508 reception room of the school. He Jianjia, vice dean, and assistant Huo Liang’an, attended the reception and exchange.
First of all, Bai Qinqin introduced the overall situation and exhibition working mechanism of the first Yangtze River Delta International Emergency Disaster Reduction and Relief Expo, and combined with the second Yangtze River Delta International Emergency Disaster Reduction and Relief Expo, around topics such as the government emergency management, emergency industry interconnection and development, social public security, etc., looking forward to establishing a closer cooperation mechanism with our school, and seeking deeper cooperation.
Dean Zhao Laijun welcomed Minister Bai Qinqin and her delegation. He pointed out that the business direction and development plan of the emergency expo are very consistent with the Smart Emergency Management School under preparation by our school. Subsequently, Dean Zhao Laijun introduced the preparation background, work progress and future focus of the school to the guests. Vice President He Jianjia introduced the cooperation between enterprises and government, and combined with the research of emergency industry interconnection, communicated with the guests on the integration mode of industry and education and the improvement of scientific research and education function.
Finally, the two sides agreed to take the establishment of the Smart Emergency Management of the BS as an opportunity, giving full play to their respective advantages, to add luster, quality and efficiency to the Expo.
