In order to give better play to the great strategy of universities serving the revitalization of national culture and science and technology. Recently, an expert team composed of GU Changgui, MU Nianguo and ZHU Shuicheng from the Department of Systems Science of our school went to Baoying to help rural revitalization.
The activity consists of two parts. The first part is the morning symposium on random needle embroidery skills and academy, and the second part is the afternoon series of educational activities of “university professors visiting the village. ZHANG Shaowen, deputy county magistrate of Baoying County and head of the county science and technology mayor's regiment, JI Qing, Secretary of the Party committee of Luduo Town, CHEN Tingting, deputy secretary of the Party committee and mayor of Luduo Town, DUAN Ying, propaganda member and united front work member of the Party committee, ZHU Guojun, organizing member of the Party committee, YANG Jie, deputy mayor and a number of leading figures of random needle embroidery in Luduo town attended the seminar. The meeting was presided over by CHEN, mayor of Luduo Town.
At the seminar, ZHU Juncheng, a Chinese master of Arts and Crafts, a leading figure in the random needle embroidery industry from Luduo, MO Yuanhua, a deputy to the National People's Congress, and ZHANG Lu, a young embroidery representative, exchanged views on the development history, talent training, skill inheritance and future development direction of the random needle embroidery industry. The three faculties of our school made exchanges and guidance on system and rural cultural construction, government role in rural cultural construction, system and random needle embroidery skills and inheritance. Deputy county magistrate ZHANG Shaowen made a summary: the random needle embroidery industry should further integrate cultural elements, further introduce system elements, and further introduce planning and design. At the same time, he also affirmed the significance of the speeches made by the three faculties of our school to the development of random needle embroidery industry and skill research, and the contribution to the high-quality development of rural culture including random needle embroidery in Baoying, and the promotion for the integration of random needle embroidery and the Industry-Academia-Research of universities.
The afternoon lecture was presided over by ZHU Guojun, member of the town Party committee, and attended by more than 30 young cadres and excellent representatives of random needle embroidery in Luduo Town. The three faculties gave three lectures entitled “system and art”, “public goods theory and rural cultural construction” and “system and random needle embroidery technology”.
