Business School Held an Online Live Broadcast for International Student Recruitment Exclusively for the South East Asia and the “One Belt and One Road”

At 15:00 March 1, a special online live broadcast on international student recruitment to Southeast Asia with associated theme of One Belt and One Road” was successfully held by the Business School. The event was organized by the International Affairs Office (International Students Office), and three majors of undergraduate education, Business Administration (US-China Cooperation), International Economics and Trade, and Artificial Intelligence made the international recruitment presentation.

Dr. Zhou Yang, Deputy Director of the Department of Business Administration, Dr. Hu Zhonghui, faculty of the Department of Business Administration, Dr. Min Min, academic staff of the Department of International Economics and Trade, and Dr. Zhou Yiwei, faculty of the Department of Information Management and Information Systems, each introduced the overview, advantages, curriculum planning, career prospect and campus life for their each major. They responded to the enquiries from oversea students and their parents or friends. This event is conducive to enhancing the reputation of the Business School as well as the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology internationally, providing an effective way for foreign students to learn about the undergraduate majors and campus life in USST. It is also positive in promoting the internationalization of our school.

 Before the live broadcast, Dr. Chen Qi, Deputy Director of the International Communication Office, and Dr. He Jianjia, a Vice Dean of the BS-USST, came to the site in advance to guide the work, understand the process and organizations of the event. They had a discussion with the faculty who would perform the online live.
