On April 8, 2023, the first sub forum of the Shanghai Management Science 2023: Management in an Uncertain Environment series was held in the Shanghai Science Hall. Professor He Jianjia, Vice President of the Business School, Professor Fan Chongjun, Director of the Department of Information Management, Professor Geng Xiuli, Party Secretary of the Department of Industrial Engineering, and Associate Professor Zhu Xiaodong, Vice President of the Institute of Electronic Commerce Development, from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, were invited to attend the sub forum as keynote speakers. The theme of this sub forum is: Digital Intelligence and Enterprise Innovation. The attendees discussed the uncertain environment faced by enterprises in the context of digital intelligence and the future development of enterprise management. The sub forums were broadcasted online at the same time, and the conference received enthusiastic responses.
He Jianjia presided over the sub forum and gave a speech under the theme of Current Development Status and Research Progress of Industrial Interconnection. Starting from practical cases such as Yaduo NetEase Yanxuan Hotel and Baidu, he summarized the current practice status of industrial interconnection in China, analyzed the multiple challenges under industrial interconnection, and shared the research framework and industrial ecological map of industrial interconnection manufacturing supply and demand network. Finally, he proposed the key issues at the forefront of industrial interconnection, including power mechanism, military civilian integration Common prosperity, how to build a deeper level of industrial connectivity under these circumstances still needs to be studied.
Fan Chongjun made a keynote speech entitled Digital Intelligence and Business (Manufacturing) Model Innovation. He first defined the concept of digital economy more clearly, then analyzed and interpreted the pilot demonstration model of intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet. He advocated paying attention to the Digital transformation of enterprises from the model, and finally discussed and summarized the enterprise model change brought by the industrial metauniverse. Geng Xiuli, with the theme of Digital Intelligence and Service-Oriented Manufacturing, pointed out that China's manufacturing industry has strong resilience and there is still broad room for improvement in the development level of the manufacturing industry by comparing the development data of China and the United States. She introduced service-oriented manufacturing in the context of digital intelligence through enterprise cases such as Xiaomi, Haier, and Sany Heavy Industry, and finally emphasized the importance of building an intelligent product service ecosystem. The theme report of Zhu Xiaodong is titled Digital Intelligence and Enterprise Information Security Management Strategies. From the perspective of information security, he proposed strategic suggestions for the management of enterprises and governments, provided a conceptual framework for building a network security emergency response system, and emphasized the necessity and urgency of improving network security and information security systems from a technical perspective.
