Qian Guofa entered the Professional Degree Education Center of Business School of USST as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) graduate student in 2022. He is currently the leader of the first squadron of the Network Security Brigade and a fourth-grade police sergeantat Pingyang County Public Security Bureau in Wenzhou City. In the past few years, Qian Guofa has been conscientious and responsible and forged ahead with determination, solved major cases many times, cracked 3 supervised cases of ministry province, won the third class individual merit once, won 3 awards, and won the honorary title of excellent civil servant in 2020.
Chasing every goal to achieve the dream of young people
Like many boys, Qian Guofa dreamed of becoming a police officer when he grew up, punishing evil and promoting good and protecting the masses. To achieve this dream, he worked hard to achieve every small goal, and finally, he was admitted to Zhejiang Police College and became a people's police.
After graduation, Qian Guofa was assigned to the Aojiang police station, which had the largest proportion of warning situations in Pingyang County, Wenzhou City. He took root at the grassroots level, worked hard, and constantly learned and exercised analysis and judgment skills to improve his hard quality of case solving. In 2020, he successfully detected a fraud case and overcame the difficulties during the new coronavirus epidemic, went to Heilongjiang to arrest suspects, and helped residents recover more than 800,000 yuan, winning the satisfaction of the masses with practical actions.
Over the years, Qian Guofa has always kept in mind the original intention of "punishing evil and promoting good" for being a policeman, keenly discerning all the clues of illegal acts, not letting go of each "small target", and sticking to the original intention of serving the people, interpreting the responsibility of a young policeman with practical actions.
Casting Safety barriers with every detail
In 2022, Qian Guofa was transferred to the Cyber Security Brigade of Pingyang County Public Security Bureau due to his outstanding performance. In his new position, Qian Guofa has always continued learning, whether it is network broadcast, contactless payment, 5G, blockchain, or metauniverse; as long as it is popular online, Qian Guofa continues to pay attention. Similarly, as long as there are illegal acts in the field of cyber security, they would also be targeted by Qian Guofa until they were traced back to the source of cybercrime.
In the past 9 months of working in cybersecurity, Qian Guofa has often solved serious and important cases. Faced with complex and high-intensity work, he was able to handle every case with his original intention and professionally identify every suspect. During this period, 16 criminal cases were handled, of which 3 were supervised standard ministry-province cases; 35 suspects were arrested, and 29 were transferred for prosecutions to safeguard the network and the legitimate interests of the people.
Qian Guofa was conscientious and responsible in his work. He studied hard after work. To better integrate into the public security work of the new era, he worked hard to improve his professional level and expertise. In September 2022, he was successfully admitted as a master's student in public security and emergency management of MPA at USST. In his spare time, Qian Guofa has a wide range of interests, loves sports, and is good at playing basketball and badminton; he also plays the saxophone very well. He is a versatile young policeman.
