On the afternoon of June 19th, 2023, Zhen Hongjun, secretary of the Party Committee of Yanshan University School of Humanities and Law, led a delegation that included Jin Fuzi, director of the Department of Public Administration, Li Chunlin, secretary of the Party branch of the Department of Administration Management, and others to visit our school. Ma Jingbo, secretary of the Party Committee of our school; Zhu Shuicheng, director of the Department of Public Administration; Shu Yiming, director of the Comprehensive Office of Academic Affairs; and Meng Chenli, director of the Office of the Professional Degree Education Center, received the delegation and participated in the exchange forum.
At the forum, Ma Jingbo, on behalf of the school, warmly welcomed the visit of Yanshan University School of Humanities and Law and introduced the basic situation of the school from the aspects of school history, faculty strength, the construction of the Professional Degree Education Center, discipline development, and internationalisation construction. He hoped that the two sides could have closer exchanges and cooperation in the future, promote the school's high-quality development and make breakthroughs in Party building.
Zhen Hongjun expressed his gratitude for the school's warm reception and briefly introduced the School of Humanities and Law of Yanshan University on its historical origin, teachers and students, disciplines and professional development. He said that the Business School of USST has made outstanding achievements in talent training, faculty construction and discipline development in recent years, and this visit can broaden the horizon for the development of the school in teaching and research, professional construction, student training and other aspects, hoped that the two sides could deepen cooperation and exchanges.
During the discussion and exchange process, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on issues related to professional streaming in broad categories, student training, subject construction, professional development, faculty team building, theme education and Party building work.
