In recent years, USSTBS has established a long-term university-enterprise cooperation system to strengthen industry-education integration. The school has also improved its practice-oriented education system, such as partnering with the Bank of China and the China Construction Bank to provide financial expert lectures and financial innovation classes to enhance students' professional skills through tailor-made training. The Business School is committed to providing its students with a diverse range of employment opportunities and resources. To achieve this, the school organizes special job fairs and employment guidance lectures. The aim is to deepen the practice-oriented teaching reform, strengthen collaborations with enterprises, and then provide quality employment guidance and support for more students. Zhao Laijun, dean of USSTBS, has emphasized that the Business School will continue to improve its ability to cultivate innovative talent so that it can better meet the needs of new productive forces.
