On April 26, the Hujiang Economics and Management Forum Series (101st Session) was successfully held through Tencent Conference (510570077). Professor Jia Xiaoxia of the Department of Accounting gave a lecture entitled Research on Urban Waste Management Considering the Balance of Interests and Cooperation of Multiple Subjects.

The report introduced the specific response behavior and responsibility division of each participating subject in the process of urban household waste classification and recycling, put forward the theoretical analysis of the response behavior of the relevant subjects in the household waste classification and recycling system and the decision-making model, and proved that the implementation of the three policy combinations of strengthening the publicity and education of knowledge of waste classification, the household waste measurement and charging system, and the financial subsidy for recycling of renewable resources is the most effective, and it can coordinate the response behavior of city residents, third-party enterprises and other stakeholders effectively. It can effectively coordinate the response behavior of urban residents and third-party enterprises, and make the operation of the domestic waste classification and recycling system in an optimal state; the moderate penalty mechanism and spillover effect can promote the cooperative behavior of waste reduction among enterprises, and the cost sharing coefficient and benefit distribution coefficient need to be controlled in a reasonable range in order to play a positive role in the cooperation of waste reduction among enterprises, and the scope of the different scales of the cooperation network applies differently.

Finally, Li Bing, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, commented on the lecture, and the participating teachers and students had an in-depth exchange and discussion on the content of the report, which achieved better results.
