On the afternoon of October 23, the launch ceremony of the joint initiative “Focusing on New Productivity and Activating New Employment Engine” and the autumn careers fair was held at the USST. The Hongkou District Communist Youth League Committee and the USST Communist Youth League Committee signed a partnership agreement to support students' career development. Two colleges and two innovation incubation platforms collaborated to create an innovation and entrepreneurship eco-chain, integrating research, incubation, and investment for USST students. More than 100 leading enterprises gathered at USST to provide employment opportunities for graduates.

After the launch ceremony, the 2025 Autumn Careers Fair (special sessions for the Business School and the School of Health Science and Engineering) was held. The fair featured over 100 employers offering more than 1,000 job positions, covering bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels. The fair attracted over 3,000 students, with more than 10,000 resumes submitted.
