On December 15, Deputy Dean Tang Yinshan of Henley Business School, University of Reading, visited our Business School. Dean Zhao Laijun, Deputy Dean Liu Weiwei, Deputy Director of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Liu Yong, Associate Professor Chen Jin from the Department of Business Administration, Associate Professor Zhao Jinghua from the Department of Artificial Intelligence, and Director Xie Wei of the Internationalization Office attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu Weiwei.
Liu Weiwei extended a warm welcome to Tang Yinshan and introduced the School’s history, organizational structure, as well as academic discipline development. He highlighted the School’s recent international projects and achievements in faculty-student exchanges.

Tang Yinshan expressed gratitude for the hospitality and provided an overview of the University of Reading’s history and academic rankings. He emphasized Henley Business School’s educational system, faculty-student scale, curriculum, as well as partnerships with Chinese universities.

Participants engaged in discussions on potential collaborations, including faculty-student exchanges, joint training programs, short- and long-term projects, and admission requirements. Following this, Dean Zhao Laijun and Tang Yinshan held further talks to lay a robust foundation for future cooperation. Both parties pledged to advance formal agreements and expand multi-dimensional networks to create more international opportunities for students and faculty.
