On the morning of December 13th, the 2021 Academic Annual Conference and General Conference of China Systems Science Research Association was successfully held online. President of China Systems Science Research Association, Professor Wu Jie, president of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Professor Ding Xiaodong, the former party secretary of Inner Mongolia University of Technology, Professor Jin Rui, Professor Zhao Donghai of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, party secretary of Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences Li Houqiang, Professor Li Chen of the Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of Shanxi, Professor Professor Di Zengru from Beijing Normal University, the Convener of the eighth Systems Science Discipline Evaluation Group of degree committee of the State Council, Professor Jia Bin from Beijing Jiaotong University, the secretary general of eighth Systems Science Discipline Evaluation Group, Professor Duan Xiaojun from National University of Defense Technology, vice president of Nantong University, Professor Gu Yuping, discipline inspection commission secretary of Nantong University, Professor Lu Guoping attended the online meetings. The meeting was presided over by Professor Gu Chunhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
First of all, Professor Gu Chunhua introduced the leading guests. Professor Wu Jie, President of the Chinese Society of Systems Science, made a brief speech. He welcomed all the guests and wished the conference held smoothly. At the same time, He hoped everyone pass on and carry forward the spirit of doing research on Systems Science.
Subsequently, Professor Wei Hongsen of Tsinghua University made a report entitled My points of view to adhering to the systems concept written into the Centennial Resolution of the Communist Party of China, from the understanding of the systems concept to why emphasize systems concept in Centennial Resolution of the Communist Party of China, to the successful application of systems concept in national defense construction and space industry development, from these three aspects the report talked about his own understanding of the systems concept. Professor Di Zengru of Beijing Normal University made a report entitled The Development of Complex Systems Science is the Demand of the Times from the scientific achievements of the 20th century, the scientific challenges in the 21st century, the important scientific problems and prominent characteristics of the macro world, and the practical needs of the 21st century. Yu Jinlong, from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics made a report entitled The Philosophical Review of Digital Twin from four aspects: the concept, nature, value and limitations of digital twinning.
Then, Professor Zhao Donghai, president of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, comprehensively reported the work and relevant results of the study institute. Professor Li Chen of the Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of Shanxi presided over the general meeting to discuss the replacement of the business supervisor. The members voted, and finally agreed to change the business supervisor of the China Systems Science Research Association from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to the China Association of Science and Technology. At the same time, in order to better develop the association, the registration of the association will be fully launched. Finally, the participants took a group photo online, and the conference was successfully concluded.
