Recently, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission released the Notice of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission on Announcing the List of Municipal Key Courses in Shanghai Universities in 2022, and four undergraduate courses of our school were awarded the Municipal Key Courses in Shanghai Universities in 2022. This is the largest number of municipal-level key courses ever awarded to our school, and also fills the gap of our school in municipal-level social practice courses. The specific list is as follows.
Our school conscientiously implements the spirit of Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Courses, Implementation Plan for the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Courses in Shanghai Higher Education Institutions and other documents, adheres to the fundamental task of establishing moral education, and takes the construction of national and municipal courses as the lead to provide important support for cultivating innovative, compound and application-oriented high-quality talents in the new era. In order to improve the quality of this municipal key courses declaration, the school undergraduate teaching has done nearly a year of preparation. The School formulated the Business School first-class undergraduate course construction cultivation implementation plan and established the selection - cultivation - pre-declaration - evaluation - revision - formal declaration work procedures in July 2021. The academic affairs department of the school selected seven courses from the top-ranking undergraduate courses at the university level in 2021 to be declared as key courses for cultivation at the municipal level in 2022, and gave corresponding financial support, and established a WeChat group to provide targeted services for the cultivation targets. On March 4, 2022, the School held a special meeting to formally arrange the filling of the pre-declaration materials of the municipal key courses. From March 31 to April 9, the School organized high-level external experts to review the pre-declaration materials and make detailed suggestions for improvement. From May 6 to May 14, the incubatees formally participated in the 2022 municipal key courses declaration work.
The School will strictly follow the requirements of the project declaration, effectively strengthen the management of the project courses, enhance the high order, innovation and challenge of the courses, lay a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of national courses, and continuously improve the level of course construction and talent training quality.
