On October 17, Ding Jie, Director of the Education and Training Committee of the Shanghai General Aviation Association (SGAA), and Lin Yuqing, HR Manager of Shanghai Hongqiao International Import Commodities Co., Ltd., visited the Business School. Liu Weiwei, Vice Dean of the School and Director of the Department of Transportation System Engineering, warmly received the delegation. Attendees included Xu Jing (Graduate Academic Affairs Office), faculty members from the Department of Transportation System Engineering (Yuan Pengcheng, Liang Shidong, Chen Qian), the Department of Artificial Intelligence (Wang Ke, Liu Xiaohui), and Wu Zikai from the Department of Systems Science. Liu Weiwei extended a warm welcome to the SGAA delegation and introduced the university's history, the School's development, and the interdisciplinary discipline of low-altitude technology and engineering. He highlighted the School's strengths in faculty, academic programs, talent cultivation, and industry-academia collaboration, emphasizing its multidisciplinary integration to nurture innovative professionals.
Both parties discussed opportunities and challenges in the low-altitude economy, global entrepreneurship resources, industry-academia-research synergy, and talent development, exploring practical cooperation across multiple fields.
Moving forward, the two sides will adhere to principles of complementary advantages, resource sharing, and collaborative innovation to deepen cooperation and establish new pathways for talent cultivation.
