On the morning of December 22, a delegation from the University of Bordeaux, France, visited the Business School(BS). The delegation included Bertrand Blancheton, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Management, Economic and Social Administration(AES); Zeng Qi, Director of China Affairs and the AASF Sino-French Joint Training Program; Yuan Shufeng, Manager of Sino-French Institutional Cooperation; and Xue Xiaochun, Specialist of Sino-French Institutional Cooperation. The meeting was attended by Zhao Laijun, Dean of the Business School; Zhao Jing and Liu Weiwei, Vice Deans of the BS; Liu Yuan, Manager of the International Cooperation and Exchange Department at the International Affairs Office; and Xie Wei, Director of the Internationalization Office of the BS. The meeting was chaired by Liu Weiwei.

Liu Weiwei extended a warm welcome to the delegation. Liu Yuan then reviewed the history of cooperation between USST and the University of Bordeaux, stating that USST actively expands overseas exchanges and has established partnerships with many internationally renowned universities, providing opportunities for international engagement to faculty and students.
Zhao Laijun introduced the School's history, organizational structure, and international accreditations. He noted that the BS covers disciplines such as science, engineering, economics, and management, which align closely with the academic structure of the University of Bordeaux's Faculty of Economics, Management and AES, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration.

Bertrand Blancheton expressed gratitude for the warm reception and provided an overview of the University of Bordeaux's history, reputation, geographical environment, as well as faculty-student scale. He emphasized the university's focus on industry-academia collaboration for student training and its rich portfolio of international exchange programs, expressing eagerness to pursue diversified cooperation with the Business School.

The two sides discussed short- and long-term exchange programs for faculty and students, joint student training, and future cooperation. The two universities will actively explore innovative cooperation models, jointly build a higher-level international exchange platform, and contribute to the growth and development of faculty and students.
