- Position: Temp Assistant
- Responsibilities:
- To handle seasonal sales campaign preparation work, including communication with Franchiser/buying schedule arrangement/Part-time staff training; selling book
- To work closely with Commercial / Production Team to render assistance to the Franchisers business during the sales campaign;
- To coordinate with Franchisers on the Order Collection / Re-order / Payment following-up/ Product delivery etc;
- To assist Regional Sales Manager and Area Manager in the defective goods collections / to submit the monthly defective report to the product team/ to do the office daily work and other customer service if required;
- To support Franchisers on other issues, including new stores opening / product training twice a month/ display guideline/ uniform & shopping bags collection etc;
