Reverse referral implies referring patients from a comprehensive hospital to a community healthcare center. In recent years, it has become popular for post-acute care in the tiered Chinese hospital system as it helps achieve more balanced utilization between facilities at different levels. Nevertheless, it remains unclear how to implement the reverse referral partnership given the likely conflicting interests between the involved hospitals. In this presentation, we are to introduce three of our related works. One will introduce the threshold control policy for real-time reverse referral decision from the view of the upper-level hospital. The second one is for decision making of the upper-level hospital when and where should patients be refereed when more than one cooperation hospitals are available. And the third is about the pareto optimization of control agreement mechanism for coordination between the upper-level hospital and the lower-level hospital. The methodologies include optimization as well as simulation. | |

李娜，上海交通大学机械工程与动力工程学院工业工程与管理系副教授，博士生导师。李娜老师主要从事服务与生产系统运作管理，随机优化，算法设计等方面的研究与教学工作。作为课题负责人承担完成了国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目等。研究成果主要发表在《European Journal of Operational Research》、《OMEGA》、《International Journal of Production Economics》、《International Journal of Production Research》、《Computers & Operations Research》等期刊上。 | |
